  Very difficult to find prices on samples in the store. Asked why hardly anything was priced and was told, "we just haven't gotten around to putting prices on everything." Tried twice to order samples; first time the girl forgot (didn't find out until two weeks later that she had dropped the ball). Then the second order went through but we weren't allow to keep the samples to finish making our decision. Was told they needed them for another customer (after we went through the trouble of ordering them twice). Not impressed with the customer service of this particular store. May try another Carpet One in the area. The one in Sumner definitely lost our present and future business.
